![]() The full Moon (Super Moon June 23rd) brought with it the blessings Mercury and Venus conjunction in Cancer, making an harmonious trine aspect to the Moon in Scorpio. This is a fine time for communication, writings and readings, where the slick messenger Mercury gets to fly with his heart open, Venus at his side. The Scorpio moon deepens the feelings into transformational healing frequencies, any rocks and hard places within your intimate relationships with loved ones and within your family can be gently spoken about, with the grace of Venus and Mercury in Cancer, trine the Scorpio Moon. Could be that this brings much needed relief after the hectic time in the media, the onslaught and overload of information in the last few days with Jupiter conjunct the Sun in Gemini. The sweetness of heartfelt feelings emanating from the Mercury and Venus conjunction in Cancer, followed closely by the Sun entering Cancer on the 26th of June, allows us to dwell and even navigate through any density of grievance using our feelings and intuition as a salve, into the smaller watery Grand Trine triggered by the Cancer Sun forming its trines to Neptune and Chiron in Pisces and Saturn in Scorpio. Mercury will station on that day before its retrograde period in Cancer, giving us the space to go inside, circumnavigating the busi-ness of our minds and paving the way for the larger and rarer Grand Trine forming between Jupiter, & Lilith in Cancer, Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces, throughout the 17th & 18th July. We'll have already been feeling our feelings, and hopefully even begun processing them (Lilith, Saturn, Neptune), and so be more available to the possibilities this large Watery Grand Trine can offer us. Trines are the harmonious relationship which occurs when planets are 'trine' to each other, a so-called soft aspect of 120º (a third of the 360º Zodiac circle). A Grand trine is when the three corners of the triangle (trine) are each inhabited by a planet or point. In a natal chart it reveals where a person may have enormous natural talent that they take for granted. However, in the so-called mundane chart (which is the configuration that affects all beings and events on Earth) it can be time when resolutions take place, a time of reconciliation. Hopefully, the news about the Taliban coming to the table to talk about peace will lead to better outcomes for Afganistan. And speaking of hectic times, the revolutionary/evolutionary square of fiery Uranus in Aries and retrograde Pluto in the-status-quo-Capricorn continues to wield its power with not only Turkey in uproar, but the streets of Brazil filled with demonstrators wanting a better deal, equality and justice their governing bodies working for them instead of against them. The civil war in Syria, the people rising up in Greece and revelations about whistle blower Edward Snowden unearthing extensive NSA data mining operations even on citizens of the US, all are about the hugely changing world we're living in. The truth is coming out.

![]() June has started on a soothing note after the intensity of our trio of eclipses (Lunar eclipse 26 May; Solar eclipse May 10th and partial Lunar eclipse May 25th). I have seen quite a lot of fragmentation and insecurity in people coming to me for readings, and sensed that programmed self-images and conditioned parts of our belief systems really needed to be deeply questioned for their relevance on the journey ahead. It is like us needing to be in a more streamlined state for the continuing revolutionary/evolutionary square between Uranus and Pluto. Mercury has moved into Cancer and as I write (3rd June) is closely followed by Venus, and making trines to Saturn in Scorpio and Neptune in Pisces. They are heralding the way for Jupiter, as it enters into to a beautiful Water Grand Trine coming up on 16th July: the harmonious and healing relationship between Neptune in Pisces, Saturn in Scorpio and Jupiter in Cancer. A Water Grand Trine between these three outer planets is just the salve we need to be able to move deeper into the waters of our collective consciousness and know from very Beings that we are all One. Our heightened sensitivity bringing our true feelings into consciousness; this dreamy watery grand trine, refining and tuning our intuitions, allows us to hone our Awareness as it by-passes the analytical and judging mind, this mind which separates us, not only from ourselves but from each other. It is indeed a time for grounding (Saturn) our ideals (Neptune) into manifestation, and with Jupiter’s magnificence, this is balm for our souls and exhausted fearfilled minds. Jupiter takes around twelve months to travel through each sign, and will be in sweet, creative Cancer from June 26th 2013 until July 16th 2014. Our focus can be on home, family, tribe, community and nation. A time to nourish and protect those situations and relationships which hold us and give us a sense of belonging. After its rollicking time through the communicative Gemini, Jupiter having been escorted into Cancer by Mercury and Venus enters into this exquisite Water Grand Trine beginning its journey through Cancer with an expanded awareness of the ‘Home’ within: ‘Home’, as they say, is where the heart is. The very same day Jupiter enters Cancer, Mercury will go retrograde and will remain so until July 20, 2013, further highlighting the internal journeying required for the Watery trine to dream its way into the collective, but not necessarily a good time to rely on the details delivered by emails, texts, tickets, roads, postal items, and schedules, just keep checking and checking again. At the time of the Gemini New Moon (June 9th, 1:59am EST Australia) Mercury will become the other arm of a T-Square with the Uranus/Pluto square and a few days later Venus will join it (June 11-12th). This could bring more revolts and awakenings to the surface: outmoded ways of living together in our daily lives and the ways we share our precious planet and her limited resources come into question. What was barely being tolerated will become intolerable as the shackles of the old world keep on being shed in this revolutionary/evolutionary time. Hopefully the balancing and congruent Water Grand Trine will help to keep things from getting destructive, and transmute the fear and aggression into compassion and practical outcomes. ![]() In Pisces Mercury is conjunct Neptune and coming up to conjunct Mars ~ a great time to allow your imagination to expand into what you want..open your mind to the boundless mystery where so much exists the mind cannot usually begin to approach..and with Venus in Aquarius trine Jupiter forward now in Gemini: very inspired and expansive creativity, and an excellent time to allow your soul to be moved by music ~ dance! Water will help you float in that too...let yourself be moved into heart space with loved ones..and tell people you love them! (Mercury!) ![]() The festive Leo/Aquarius full moon on 27 January, has several planetary companions spicing up its luminous presence, and generally creating some intrigue. Read on to get a snap shot interpretation... In the last few articles I’ve talked about the powerful and world-changing Uranus/Pluto square we are in the midst of, and the effects on the collective, individuals and the established institutions and structures which hold our manifest world in place. (see article) I have given this a lot more thought and recently felt that throughout this three year period of the Uranus/Pluto square, any faster moving planets which make an aspect to the degrees of either Uranus or Pluto will be an expression and/or catalyst of this revolutionary energy we are all experiencing in one way or another. The revolutions, and uprisings being experienced by large groups of peoples in countries all over the world, and now the events unfolding in Africa, especially Mali, are all a reflection on a world scale of an enormous restructuring of our internal worlds as well. Unresolved emotional issues such as denial of your own true self, (Uranus) by oppressive dogma of a religion or authoritative tyranny from your own early life’s conditioning (Pluto) need to be faced and resolved and healed. Luckily we have Neptune and Chiron both in Pisces over this time frame, the gently healing energy’s of Neptune and Pisces, working on our collective wound. (Chiron). These are the dates for the next exact squares between these Uranus and Pluto: May 20th, 2013; November 1st, 2013; April 21st, 2014; December 15th, 2014; and March 16th 2015. You may not feel the energy of these aspects exactly on the date, but often the week before or after can be the time when you tune in. If you are experiencing big upheavals and shocks in your life, which make you feel powerless and frightened at the moment, this huge shift is also very much about your personal and internal life. Those places which have denial or pain in us are often the most difficult places to meet in ourselves, and I recommend getting some support, either form a practitioner you trust, or calling in your ‘higher Self’ or Angelic beings getting help from other dimensions. (Neptune and Chiron in Pisces). You may have done the emotional work, and now be experiencing amazing surges of freedom and Light. Planetary positions coming up: *26thJan: Mars (Aquarius) sesquiquatrate Pluto (Capricorn); Jupiter (Gemini) trine Sun (Aquarius); Mercury (Aquarius) square Saturn (Scorpio) 27th Jan: Full Moon Leo/Aquarius 30th Jan: Jupiter turns direct (huzzah!) 1st Feb: Mars goes into Pisces, and Venus goes into Aquarius 5th Feb: Mars (Pisces) conjunct Neptune **6th Feb: Venus (Aquarius) sextile Uranus (Aries) 7th Feb: Mercury conjunct Neptune; Venus (Aquarius) trine Jupiter (Gemini) 9th Feb: Mercury squares Jupiter 10th Feb: Mars (Pisces) square Jupiter (Gemini) 11th Feb: Mercury and Mars in Pisces conjunct Chiron; Venus (Aquarius) square Saturn (Scorpio) ***13th Feb: Mercury trines Saturn (Scorpio) (and sextile Pluto); Mars conjunct Chiron Leading up to the Leo/Aquarius full Moon which is on Sunday afternoon here in South Eastern Australia, * Mars makes a hard aspect to Pluto triggering some of the energy of the square to Uranus. This could easily activate some violence or an outburst of rebellion, which could lead to bloodshed. With the full Moon energy also, we get expanded emotional expression, and inflated excitement. Watch your anger and stress levels, and take deep long breaths if you feel yourself wanting to explode. Use the mental discipline of the Mercury/Saturn square and bring your awareness into the frontal lobes of your brain (your forehead) and away from the 'reptile' brain (above your neck at the back of your head, (which wants to kill!) Fortunately Jupiter is making an airy trine to the Sun, which should soften the challenging energy of the square and help us to see the bigger picture with more fairness and objectivity. The full Moon after this process can then be a true Leo/Aquarius celebration of the individual self, as part of a brotherhood called humanity! Jupiter turns direct on January 30th, which will move us forward into our expanded consciousness, and on February 5th, Mars conjuncts Neptune so that with the power of our imaginations we can visualize a humanity based on Peace, unconditional Love, Universal justice, and freedom (**February 6th Venus now in Aquarius) and sextile Uranus). Dreaming and expanded awareness continues into February 7th with Mercury conjunct Neptune and Venus trine Jupiter. Mercury then squares Jupiter on February 9th, bringing a lot of information and learning, which will help us understand all the shifts and expand our awareness. Mars then squares Jupiter on Feb 10th, which is a good time to implement any new ideas which have come from your insights. Plant a seed either literally or figuratively to make the most of this transit. On a more personal relationship level as well as in the International diplomatic milieu much healing can happen with the Mercury, Mars and Chiron conjunction in Pisces. Any denied anger or aggression can be transmuted by the soothing waters of Pisces. Venus is squaring Saturn, which can mean that issues will arise which need work: dialogues will need to be grounded into a realistic and contained framework, otherwise feelings of constraint and suppression can bring up fear and withdrawal. Mars will stay in its conjunction with Chiron for a few days, issues of assertion and competition or anger can be healed, especially with Mercury making its trine to ***Saturn and its gentle yet productive sextile to Pluto. (from the depths, and transformational). Throughout February, Pluto will be moving into sextile with Saturn and tightening the orb on 24th Feb. I feel that the potential harshness of the Uranus/Pluto square is softened by this sextile, perhaps allowing for the easy implementation of change into our infrastructures, so that by the end of February we will be able to see more of the changes a lot of us have been asking for. ![]() If you are finding your relationships heavy and difficult at the moment, it might be because a change needs to happen from the depths. If this is the case the planets and luminaries are on your side today and over the next few days. Mercury has just gone direct, which will open communication lines, which might have become more subliminal in the last few weeks while it was retrograde (see previous article) With the help of the full moon coming up , which is actually a Lunar Eclipse, big things can start to shift. Venus is making a conjunction to Saturn in Scorpio for the first time in thirty years, so things that are buried and have been around for a long time can be unearthed. What better time to be be going deep into your relationships and transforming old patterns using new structures? The Mars conjunction of Pluto in Capricorn will help you to support the changes in your bodies using physical actions, (no, don't throw thing! lol) Dancing, Yoga, Tai Chi, running, walking etc will help in the releasing of old belief systems and programming from a cellular level. The energy of these transits can be harnessed to make big changes. Just keep your focus on your heart (Venus), so that compassion is where you are coming from, and this can be an amazing time to make overdue changes within your relationships, and bring better communication and a deeper clearer connection. |
