The first of three so-called super moons will happen on Sunday morning 30th August 2015 (AUEST). The chart for this first one shows quite intense groupings of the planets and asteroids opposing each other in what is nearly what I would call a 'see-saw' pattern. I have already heard people talking about feelings of dizziness and light-headed moments. The conjunctions between the Sun and Jupiter in early Virgo; Venus and Mars conjunct in Leo; and the exact conjunction occurring between the North Node and Mercury in Libra indicate an emphasis on personal enquiry and a potentially creative physical expression of deeper emotions and soul patterning (DNA as well). An opportunity to expand into everything you're here to be, and the communication of that. At the moment of the full-moon the Vertex will be conjunction the moon, meaning that this soul 'unfoldment' is in alignment with evolution and expanded consciousness. I recommend recording any dreams or revelations you may have during the next few days, as their significance will become clearer in retrospect. Supermoon is the unofficial term for when the full moon cycle coincides with the moon’s closest approach to Earth during its oval-shaped orbit. The moon appears slightly larger than normal in the sky and can make for a spectacular view. The technical term is full moon perigee. Perigee is when the moon is closest to the Earth, as opposed to apogee, which is when it’s the farthest. September 28 and October 27 will also fall under this definition, with September’s full moon being the largest of the three, as well as a total lunar eclipse, or “blood moon". (I will write about that later)
